We offer both Standard and Express postage through Australia Post. Estimated timeframes for delivery are 2 to 8 days for Standard and 1 to 4 days for Express, depending on where in Australia you're located. Calculate a more exact estimate here using '2042' as the 'from' postcode.

We do not currently offer International Delivery from Australia but we are working to make this an affordable reality.

The heavier your artwork costs, the more postage will be. Our postage starts at $9. For larger artworks over 100cm in length, we require you to fill out the enquiry form on the product page. This allows us to privately organise an affordable delivery arrangement, since artwork couriering can get expensive!

We seal artworks carefully to prevent wet weather damage, however if your item does show up with damage to the artwork please contact us and we will investigate.

Contact us with your reason for returning your order. We can offer a return or exchange only if your purchase was made within the last 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

To ensure durable, vibrant prints, our fine art giclee prints are done on 310gsm Ilford Textured Cotton Rag (aka super thick, museum quality paper). Your artwork will last decades!
